Jibbiti is operated by Tommie Bennett ("Jibbiti," "we," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of the Jibbiti app, the Rider Portal and jibbiti.com, and anything you buy from us there. By creating an account or buying something, you agree to these Terms. Questions about any of it: team@jibbiti.com.
Coaching, the AI coach and the Workout Plan are educational guidance. Results vary from rider to rider. The AI coach can be wrong, and nothing on Jibbiti is medical advice: check with a doctor before starting a training program, especially if you are injured.
Not happy within 7 days? Email team@jibbiti.com for a full refund.
This is the one guarantee for every product we sell. To claim it, email us within 7 days of your first payment for that product, from the email on your account if you can, and tell us what you bought. You do not need to give a reason. We refund the full amount of that payment to the card you paid with. For a subscription, the guarantee covers the first payment only; later monthly renewals are not refunded, and you can cancel anytime so the next one never happens. A refunded purchase comes off your account: unused credits are removed, a subscription ends, and the masterclass is locked again.
App Store purchases. If you paid through Apple, Apple processed the payment and refunds it under Apple's own rules. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund an App Store purchase ourselves.
Every ad is reviewed before it runs. If an ad cannot run, the advertiser is refunded in full. Delivery, caps and reporting work as described on jibbiti.com/ads at the time of purchase.
You keep ownership of the footage and content you submit. By submitting footage for coaching, you let us and the coach you chose view and analyze it to coach you. We will not use your footage publicly without your separate, explicit permission. Breakdowns, session recordings and coaching materials we give you are for your personal use.
Snowboarding is an inherently dangerous activity that carries a risk of serious injury or death. Coaching, the AI coach and the Workout Plan are advice and instruction only. You are solely responsible for your own safety, for riding and training within your ability, for following all mountain rules and signage, for wearing appropriate protective equipment, and for deciding whether any terrain, condition, exercise or maneuver is safe for you to attempt.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with snowboarding, with training, and with applying any advice from Jibbiti. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jibbiti and Tommie Bennett are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your snowboarding, your training, or from acting on coaching advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from Jibbiti is limited to the amount you paid for the purchase giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to treat coaches and other riders respectfully, and not to record, copy, or redistribute coaching materials, lessons or recordings for commercial purposes without permission.
Jibbiti is a clean mountain — riders of all ages share this space, including minors. The following are prohibited everywhere on Jibbiti (posts, comments, messages, profiles and live features): nudity or sexually explicit or provocative content; sexual solicitation of any kind; graphic violence or gore; hate speech, slurs or harassment; bullying or targeted abuse; content that sexualizes, endangers or exploits minors; promotion of self-harm, drugs or illegal activity; and spam or scams.
Every image and video is screened automatically at upload, all public text passes a language filter, and any rider can report any post, comment or message in two taps. Flagged content is hidden pending human review. Violations lead to content removal, feature limits, or permanent account removal at our discretion, without notice. Content that sexualizes or endangers minors is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law.
The Jibbiti app and Rider Portal include community features: a feed, comments, forums, and direct messages. By using them you agree to the following.
Age. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we will delete it. Riders under 18 get additional protections by default, including exclusion from location-based discovery.
Your account. Keep your login to yourself. Purchases are attached to the account (the email) you buy them on.
Messages. Direct messages only work between riders who have accepted each other's connection request. A connection request is exactly that — a request — and can be ignored, declined, or reported. You can mute or block any rider at any time from their profile or any of their posts.
Your content and music. Only upload content you created or have the right to share — including any music in your clips. If a rights holder sends us a valid takedown notice, we will remove the content. Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content will be terminated. To report content that infringes your rights, email team@jibbiti.com with the content link and a description of your claim.
Community conduct. No harassment, hate, sexual content, spam, or sharing anyone's personal information. Everything posted passes automated screening and can be reported by any rider; a coach reviews every report. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Commercial content & sponsorships. Jibbiti is a community, not a marketplace. Posts made for a brand or in exchange for anything of value must be clearly disclosed in the caption (for example #ad or #sponsored). Promoting, selling, or recruiting for coaching, lessons, camps, or instruction services that compete with Jibbiti's own coaching is not permitted without our written permission. We may remove commercial solicitation of any kind and may suspend accounts that repeatedly use the community to advertise outside services.
Account deletion. You can permanently delete your account and everything you've posted at any time from Settings inside the app. Deleting the account cancels any web subscription straight away, so you are not charged again; it does not cancel an App Store subscription, which you cancel in your iPhone Settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the current version. The Terms in effect when you made a purchase apply to that purchase.
